Memorial Day Baseball Game

For Memorial Day, Lisa and I drove to Atlanta to see the Braves play the Padres. We met up with Cammie, Dan, and Nathan. This was Nathan's first baseball game. Oh yeah, and it was HOT! We showed up early hoping to see batting practice and get autographs only to find out none of that was happening. We went to the top level and found a place to sit in the shade. Then we were able to see the pre-game tribute to the military that the Braves put on. It was a great tribute.

When we found our seats, we also found that they were in sun, so we moved to the back row to sit in the shade and hope for a breeze.

The top row wasn't bad at all. We had a great view of downtown Atlanta....

and a great view of the field.

Even in the shade, it was still hot so we left a little early. It was a good thing that we left too because Nathan refused to follow any rules.

After the game, we all went to a Mexican restaurant. Nathan entertained us all by trying to eat a lemon. I'm pretty sure the lemon won though.
